MASS Posture Theory evaluates the entire structure of the foot, not just where it hurts. By supporting the foot in its individually attainable corrected posture at midstance, ReLEAF orthotics help distribute pressure more evenly across the foot and reduce concentrated areas of pressure and discomfort. MASS Posture Theory proposes that controlling foot posture may also influence mechanics farther up the kinetic chain.
